Melissa Lowery

LPC - MHSP, NCC

I specialize in working with those who are experiencing grief and loss, but this is farther reaching than death-related grief. Empty nest, graduating high school or college, changing careers, end-of-relationship recovery, and other major life transitions can also bring about grief.

I have training in multiple modalities and will tailor my approach to your needs. So, whether you are addressing persistent mental health conditions, a major loss, or need guidance during the stressors that occur with daily life, we can work together to uncover negative thoughts or other patterns and shift towards a way of doing life that feels healthier and more peaceful for you.
